Q: Do you ship outside of the US?

A: We currently ship to the lower 48 in the USA at this time for FREE and will ship to Alaska and Hawaii for the calculated rate per our shipping partner, USPS.  If we expand outside of the USA, there will be a HUGE announcement so be sure to sign up for our VIP newsletter.

Q: What happens if I receive a damaged product?

A: Our return process is fast and easy.  You can contact us at hello@22palmsboutique and we will take care of the issue quickly!

Q: What if an item is out of stock, will you get more in?  

A: Some items can be restocked from the vendor in a timely fashion.  You can email us at hello@22palmsboutique with the item number/description and we will do everything we can to get that item ordered and in stock for you or find a comparable substitute item.  We are working on a waitlist and pre-authorization payment option.  Once this is available, we will notify everyone on the FaceBook group - so be sure to sign up for that group as well as text and email alerts!
