Important Info - Read First

Hello ladies!!  This page serves as a consolidated info page - everything you need to know before shopping. 

  • New Inventory is added constantly, be sure to sign up for email and text alerts and join our VIP Facebook group so you can shop before the masses.
  • There is a sizing chart or sizing information for your reference on those applicable items along with a fit description/advice so you will know exactly what size to select.  I ensure in-depth sizing guidance to eliminate the risk of online shopping and reduce the need for exchanges.  
  • The Facebook group is the perfect place for questions about products - it is monitored closely, so I will respond quickly.  You also can reach out to me at hello@22palmsboutique.com with questions.  The Instagram account @22palmsboutique is also monitored closely and I will respond to private messages and comments.
  • Items are currently shipped for FREE for orders totaling over $125 within the USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  I ship all orders via USPS and processing time for in stock inventory orders are 24 hours from order payment, M-F.  For preorders or items that will come direct from the vendor/supplier, those will ship based on the vendors/suppliers timelines, which can be 7-14 business days.  I will be specific on item descriptions regarding vendor/supplier direct shipping times.  Shipping notifications will be released as orders are fulfilled.  Shipping from the carrier does not occur on Sundays or Holidays.  See the Shipping Policy.  Holiday shipping times will be extended during those high-volume shopping times.
  • Returns and Exchanges are handled via email at hello@22palmsboutique.com.  We have a return auth process that must be completed prior to sending back the merchandise.  Items received as a return without prior authorization will not be processed.  See the Return policy.
  • Out of Stock items.  If the item you want is out of stock, email hello@22palmsboutique.com and I will see if a re-order for that item is possible.  If not, I will find similar items that are available to fulfill your need.  I am working to bring a waitlist option to the website as well as a pre-authorization option so you can authorize payment for any out of stock item and as soon as that item is restocked, it is automatically purchased per your authorization and sent immediately!
