Returns
We hope you love everything you purchase here at 22 Palms. If you find you need to return or exchange an item, there is a 14-day window to do so after receiving your item. Packaging and shipping costs for any returns are the customers responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in/with its original packaging; free from perfumes, pet hair or any other evidence of it being worn/used. You’ll also need the receipt, order confirmation number or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct that for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased with a discount code (other than the first-time customer discount code) or gift cards. Any item ending in .99 is a sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, request an exchange during your return authorization process and we can let you know if your item of choice is available for an exchange. If not, we will find a solution that works best for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
