Handmade, hand-dyed, Italian silk skirt with smocked waist that doubles as a strapless dress! This skirt does come fully lined (viscose) and hits mid-calf as a skirt and just above the knees when worn as a dress.

Because of the hand-dying process, no 2 pieces are exactly the same. These are handmade right in Italy and are made as ordered. These are sure to turn heads and make you feel even more fabulous than you already are!
